Q: Are my online credit card transactions secure?
A: Yes. All online transactions at thejewelsforlife.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We are happy to accept international orders, but reserve the right to require payment via bank transfer or international money order. We are capable of responding to written customer service inquiries only in English. Please email us at info@thejewelsforlife.com for international shipping costs.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Processing and delivery time depend on what time and day you order. If the order is in stock it will ship out in 24 hours.
Q: What if my order is not in stock?
A: We make every effort to maintain our inventory. On occasion, certain jewelry items are not available either due to overwhelming demand or delays in the manufacturer's production. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have, and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will back-order the remaining product and we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order.
Q: Is there a sales tax?
A: Being a New Jersey state business, we apply an 7% sales tax to all orders in the US except Alabama which is 10% sales tax as dictated by Alabama state law.
