Return /Exchange Policy & Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind out products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a store credit good for one year or a refund. The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not except any returns via COD. The jewelry must be returned in its original, unused condition. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused, original condition. Clearance sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA). To receive your RA number, just get in touch with us at info@thejewelsforlife.com within 7 days of receiving the jewelry. Please include your name, address, email and phone number, a copy of your receipt and reason for return in the package.
YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR P.O. BOX. We recommend purchasing insurance, so that if your package is lost you can be reimbursed by the USPS. You will not receive a refund or an exchange credit if we do not receive the package. We also Delivery Confirmation, to track the status of your return. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
